Survey forms, Survey questionnaires,  and various similar handwritten coupons/cards are some of the document forms that we process every day at Suntec.

Information on a paper form is of little use until it is converted into an electronic format and acted upon. We capture data from all types of handwritten and typed forms accurately, rapidly and cost-effectively.

Forms processing involves extracting information from structured or customized forms, faxes and scanned images and updating it on a range of outputs. At Suntec, we regularly process surveys, questionnaires and application forms.

We can handle both structured (well formatted forms in tabular/column designs with with boxes to fill in details, such as coupons) and non-structured versions (such as survey questionnaires or survey forms) of forms processing.

Suntec's Methodology and Form Processing Services:

Your requirements help us decide the tools to be used for form processing. We can of course handle the forms using manual data entry methods. We use a simple single key process or a double key process to ensure high accuracy of data entry. We create validation tools based on a set of rules - Postal code and email address validation, for example.

Suntec undertakes the data capture of forms or form processing in India which do not easily lend themselves to automatic capture using ICR/OCR tools such as handwritten forms etc.

Process: Form Processing

• Secure Document Handling: The forms are mostly electronically transmitted. These are scanned and are made available at client's or Suntec's secure FTP server, form where we download these images for onward processing.

• The images are then loaded into the customized software.

• Depending on the requirements, a data base is created and the fields added are as per the needs of the client

• Impeccable accuracy: For each forms processing job, we work with the customer to create a process that insures high quality - we often use double-keying with an interface customized to the forms processing job, which delivers greater than 99.95% accuracy. 

• The data in the database is verified and quality checked before being dispatched.

Applications for Form Processing

We handle all kinds of forms from invoices, sales, purchase orders, tax statements, credit card applications, medical or insurance claims, market research forms, any online form processing and many other types. These forms are scanned and converted into electronic format using our in-house software.
